Best EDC* Pocket Tool
The Leatherman Micra is close. A really nice little pocket toolbox.
IDL T10 Keychain MultiTool is no slouch either.
But the grand prize winner is:
The Swiss Army Tinker, or Tinker-Small:

No, it doesn’t have pliers, or scissors, but it has full-size tools, and superior ergonomics to more modern “multi-tools”. It fits snag-free in your pocket. The handle fits nicely in your hand without gouging.
And the tools are smarter than they may look at first glance:
•The small-blade screwdriver (at the end of the can opener) is cleverly tapered so that it will fit a wide variety of non-blade fasteners, ranging from Allen-head cap-screws to security-Torx. It isn’t the ideal driver for these, but it works.
•The Phillips blade is neatly provided with a T-handle. Once you get that stubborn screw unstuck, you can finish the job with the faster small-blade screwdriver, which nicely fits the ubiquitous #2 Phillips.
•The full-sized tools are robust -- in 40 years of abusing various EDC Tinkers, I have yet to break or bend a blade or tool. The other pocket tools always feel fragile by comparison. The only reason I am not still carrying my original Tinker is that they keep mysteriously disappearing.
